Shipping Policy
We process your order as soon as we receive a payment confirmation. Processing your order takes place between 1-3 working days.
Shipping in Chennai takes about 2-5 working days
Shipping outside Chennai takes 3-7 working days. Some cities could take longer.

We are not responsible for any shipping delays as it is handled by a third-party vendor. Shipping delays can also be caused due to pandemic situations or harsh environmental conditions (weather conditions, cyclones, floods etc.) near your area. So kindly place your order well in advance. If you do not receive your order within 8 working days, please email us at info@rhythmclocks.in or contact us on +91 90422 82272, and we shall revert at the earliest.

Delivery Charges

Shipping is free all over India in normal circumstances.

Return & Exchange Policy
If the delivered product is approved as correct, not damaged and in accordance with the original order made by you, there is no refund or replacement possible.
To return any items that are damaged or not as per your original order, please inform customer service via email within 48 hours of the delivery along with images of the delivered product (Please ensure that the size of the email does not exceed above 2 MB).
All damaged items or items not as per your order that are to be returned must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return / replacement authorization number and in unopened, saleable condition, otherwise the same will not be taken back. Return charges in the above conditions will not be refunded.

Please note: Exchange or refund will not be offered on used and opened products.

The duration period for processing such return cases would be 10 working days. The buyer will be contacted.

If at any time, you feel that your Rhythm clocks need service, kindly refer to the warranty card that comes with your Rhythm clock and contact us, we shall assist you the way forward.
